All creative assets, code, custom landing pages, and content produced specifically for client campaigns remain client property upon full settlement of invoice terms. Our proprietary frameworks, templates, and reporting dashboards remain our intellectual property.
3. Communication & Privacy
By submitting inquiries or phone numbers on our site, you consent to receive direct business correspondence, appointment confirmations, and audit deliverables via email or phone from our team. We do not sell or distribute personal data to third-party brokers.
4. Limitation of Liability
Search engine algorithms, advertising network policies (including Google, Meta, and Bing), and market search volumes are controlled by independent third parties. While we execute proven, industry-standard strategies, no digital marketing firm can guarantee third-party platform algorithm updates.
